Services
We deliver BKA speakers to most Ontario locations. We help with the installation and setup all free of charge. In the case where Bluekey Acoustics cannot deliver and setup the speakers at the customer’s location, alternative arrangements for delivery will be made. Any resulting packaging and shipping costs will be discussed with customer for approval prior to shipping.
Return Policy
We have a no-questions asked, hassle-free return policy. In case the customer is not 100% satisfied with the purchase, the product can be returned within 60 days of the invoice date. In the case that we have personally delivered the product, we will pick up at the costumer’s location. The product must be in original working and cosmetic condition.
Warranty
We offer a 3-year warranty on parts and service and invoice must be presented.
